MySafeWorkplace® and MySafeCampus™ Release Version 7.0

(Denver, Colorado) June 5, 2007 - Business Controls, Inc. (BCI), a top-tier risk mitigation and consulting
firm recently launched Version 7.0 of their anonymous incident reporting systems.
The three flagship products, MySafeWorkplace®, MySafeCampus®, and MySafeHospital® recently
nominated for Technology Product of the Year for the CSIA 2007 APEX Awards, have been released to
clients to provide one of the most requested enhancements to the products to date.
Among the new features is the ability to attach documents to incident reports, message boards, and as
organization-wide library documents. Improved navigation and usability features and additional client
resource links were also included in the upgrade. “We listen to what our clients want and we do everything
in our power to deliver to them” said Steve Foster, President.
Eileen Persichetti, Director of Service Delivery, added that “Although this was a large undertaking, we
couldn’t be more pleased with the results. We are already hearing positive things from our clients about the
latest upgrade.”
Since 1999, the MySafe™ family of products have enabled organizations and colleges to obtain early
warnings of impending problems from their employees and students by permitting them to report problems
anonymously and safely. Reporting parties can submit reports via the websites or by calling a toll-free
number. Within three minutes, incident reports are automatically distributed to designated recipients within
the organization or college, allowing them to immediately respond.
Virtually any issue can be reported through the system, such as threats of violence, harassment,
accounting issues, fraud, drug use, discrimination, or any other issue or concern. Live call-takers are
available 24/7/365 and are able take reports in over 150 different languages from anywhere in the world.
MySafeWorkplace®, along with its patent-pending technology, was the first to fully integrate Web and
phone-based submissions of such incidents. In addition to MySafeWorkplace® and MySafeCampus® , BCI
recently launched MySafeHospital® to specifically meet the needs of hospitals and healthcare providers.
Persichetti added, “We believe that Version 7.0 has really set us apart from our competitors. We are
continually updating our service to stay ahead of the curve in the growing industry of anonymous reporting
tools.”
