(Greenwood Village, Colorado) July 6, 2011 – Steve Foster, President of Business Controls, Inc. (BCI), and Frances Owens of Colorado have been named Co-Chairs for Arc Thrift Store’s 2011 Arc Angels, Art for Arc Annual Fundraising Gala to be held on November 10, 2011 at the Grand Hyatt in Downtown Denver.

 Arc’s mission is “to provide Leadership in addressing the choices and needs of individuals with developmental disabilities and their families and safeguarding the rights of individuals with developmental disabilities, facilitating choices and promoting independence and inclusion in community life.”  They accomplish this mission by providing work to 180 individuals with developmental disabilities, as well as other services through their stores to thousands of people in Colorado with developmental disabilities.
