We customize all of our training for each client. As such, the cost of customization is build into our fees.

What are the qualifications of your trainers and instructors?

All of our trainers and instructors are skilled and experienced professionals. All of them have college level experience and frequently train or lecture in their respective area of expertise. Most importantly, each of our trainers is a practitioner. In addition to their duties as trainers, each has a full-time case load and provides consulting services on a regular basis.

We have provided such training to large and small organizations, as well as the U.S. federal government and the governments of foreign countries. This training is usually highly customized and is typically designed to fulfill very specific objectives.

How many people does your organization train in a typical year?

BCI trains an average of 5,000 people per year.

What is the duration of your typical training engagement?

Most of our on-site training is accomplished in several days. The topic, agenda, training objectives and the size of the audience will drive the duration of an engagement. However, we have been on one particular training engagement (for one of the predecessors of the Department of Homeland Security) for the last seven years.

Has the effectiveness of your training ever been measured and if so, what was the return?

With our client's permission, we measure the effectiveness at every training event we deliver. Such calculations are based on lower turnover, fewer lost-time accidents, and higher productivity. In the case of substance abuse awareness, our clients tell us the measurable return exceeds 7 to 1.
