Teresa A. Foster
Chief Financial Officer

Teresa Foster has 16 years of experience supervising and managing the corporate financial
reporting process, including four years with Chateau Communities, one of the largest
owner/operators of manufactured home communities. At Chateau Communities, she was
responsible for the entire property accounting portfolio, including team management of corporate
accountants throughout the United States.

Foster also worked for Werner Enterprises, a transportation company in Omaha, Neb. There she
specialized in high-volume transactions by processing and preparing 401(k) financial statements
for hundreds of employees. She was team lead for cost allocation projects.

Foster also is experienced in SEC reporting, project management, team building, foreign
currency, budgeting, asset management, cash flow analysis and capital expenditures. She has
been recognized for redesigning the financial process and shortening the timing of financial
reporting; and led the design and implementation of cash shortage reduction plans and
administration of incentive programs throughout several organizations.

Foster holds a bachelor of science degree in business from Buena Vista University.
