Account Executive

Anonymous Incident Reporting Systems (AIRS) is one of the flagship online product offerings by BCI. MySafeWorkplace® and MySafeCampus® are 24-hour incident reporting hotline & web-reporting services. The MySafeFamily of products is now in use in over 14,000 locations and 76 countries.
Opportunities:
- Sell and market BCI's unique service offerings, initially specifically focusing on our state-of-the-art technology services.
- Prospecting on the phone and in person for new sales opportunities, cold calling and planning sales activities.
- Ownership and management of sales opportunities including scheduling and executing conference calls, Webinars, client visits and proposal development globally.
- Development and submission of accurate and timely sales pipelines and forecasts in client database.
- Expand BCI's presence in existing customer base by up selling additional products/services.
- Work with C-level and departmental level client contacts to position and sell BCI's services. Multiple C-Level decision makers could be required.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Relationships with HR Executives, Security Executives and C Level Decision Makers is helpful.
- Experience selling globally through prospecting, hunting and cold calling by utilizing webinars, online demos and Microsoft live meeting.
- Experience with SalesForce.com and/or other CRM Tools is valuable.
- Demonstrated sales experience in service or technology related industry (ie: security, telecommunications, conferencing, training, Software, CRM and consulting.)
- Track record of achieving goals on a consistent basis.
- Successful experience selling B2B services at the C-level and departmental level.
- 3-5 years sales experience in service related industry.
- Ability to act independently in a professional manner in all internal and external interactions.
- Strong written and oral communications and organizational skills, highly motivated and professional.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
