Account Manager

Anonymous Incident Reporting Systems (AIRS) is one of the flagship online product offerings by BCI. MySafeWorkplace® and MySafeCampus® are 24-hour incident reporting hotline and web-reporting services. The MySafe family of products is now in use in over 14,000 locations and 76 countries. The account managers' role will focus on the implementation of the MySafeWorkplace® and MySafeCampus®, specifically assisting the clients in determining most appropriate strategies for communicating and rolling out service to employees, faculty, student, shareholders, and other relevant staff members. The role will also entail monitoring client accounts for trending analysis and communicating these results to client on a regular basis. This position is the liaison between sales and operations. The ideal candidate will focus on a 100% client satisfaction.
Qualified applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills and detailed orientated.
- Prior experience working with HR Executives, Security Executives and C Level Decision Makers is helpful.
- Prior experience within a customer service role.
- Experience with SalesForce.com and/or other CRM Tools is valuable.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to act independently in a professional manner in all internal and external interactions.
- Pass a background screen and drug test.
Opportunities:
- Identify and create effective marketing campaign as it relates to client's roll-out and implementation needs.
- Responsible for promoting and upselling related communication materials.
- Training and implementation of all new MySafeWorkplace/Campus clients regarding BCI's suite of services.
- Responsible for managing and overseeing daily operations of current accounts.
- Ensure that all accounts are operated in a manner consistent with established policies and procedures.
- Develop and recommend enhancements to existing processes and procedures.
- Manage client issues and escalations.
- Understand and evaluate client satisfaction.
- Consultative approach relating to other services offered by BCI.
- The ability to interact and manage relationships with various partners.
- Experience and ability to upsell additional BCI products.
