Eileen Persichetti
Director of Service Delivery

Eileen Persichetti manages client support activities, including implementation and ongoing
operations support for MySafeWorkplace® and MySafeCampus® clients. She consults with
clients about communication strategies and employee awareness campaigns and alerts them to
risk management and loss prevention opportunities. She also helps manage incident reports from
call center and database applications.

Before coming to Business Controls, Persichetti was vice president of client management for
CallConnect Communications, Inc. Having spent more than 16 years developing and directing
operations and client relationships in outsourcing services, she understands and communicates
client needs into actions, driving continual process improvement and operating efficiency.

With CallConnect and its predecessor, Consumer Health Services, Persichetti helped direct the
development, testing and rollout of new services relating to call handling and transactional
support for more than 300,000 employees. She developed and managed teams of account
managers, systems specialists and technical writers who created custom employment and benefit
policies and plans, procedural instructions and case management escalation protocols.

Persichetti also worked for the Colorado state government, primarily as program manager for the
governing board of the state personnel system and administrator of the personnel adjudication
process.

Persichetti is a graduate of Colorado State University.
